Critical Feature Tolerances

SPI
SPI Surface Finish is a set of finishing process standards developed by the Society of the Plastics Industry (SPI) to indicate the surface finish of finished parts. Molds can be polished or textured by machine or hand to enhance properties.

VDI
VDI surface finish is another set of mold texture standards set by the German Engineering Association (VDI). Molds can be polished or textured by machine or hand to enhance properties.

Custom
If a you select a custom finish in the Instant Quoting Engine it will require manual review. Manual quoting usually 1-2 business days.
